Adriana Ferreira is a laureate of the Geneva, Carl Nielsen, Kobe and Gazzelloni International Flute Competitions, and is currently Principal Flute of the Orchestra of the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome. Previously, she held the positions of Principal Flute at the Rotterdam Philharmonic and Associate Principal Flute at the Orchestre National de France.
